Bastrop Homecoming/Rodeo 2010

never
had a clown attend before, and were thrilled to have me there!

I had a LOT of fun!

Many kids remembered me from the Flea Mart and thought the balloons were free... sorry! ;-(

Though I did give some away... and took others out in trade.

You give me something for free,
and I'll give you a free balloon!

Guess who ended up with
the orange eyebrows
with the green emoticon nose?
If you guessed
Jakey the Clown
you would be correct!!

4th of July Parade!

Okay. I think that the blue hair looks a little scary... ;-(
BUT it was the 4th of July, which kind of called for red, white & blue!
The kids didn't seem to mind at all - clowns are supposed to be somewhat strange.
Perhaps since my sidekick Fiona looked normal?

Elgin City Hall said it was the first time they had a clown in their 4th of July Parade.
There were lots of Cub Scouts and even The Statue of Liberty!

There was a program in Veteran's Park afterward, and had fun making balloon art for the kids!
Thank you Fiona for helping me!! :-))

Jakey & The Jokester

With my sidekick Morgan (The Jokester)!

He wowed the crowd with jokes like:

Waiter, this soup tastes funny ?

Then why aren't you laughing !

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

It's all relative... :D
